How a potato season runs

  1. Planting

Seed potatoes, which are whole small potatoes or cut pieces, go into the soil.

  2. Growing

Leafy plants come up in rows over the following months while new potatoes form underground.

  3. Digging

Once the crop is ready, the potatoes are dug out of the ground.

This is the general pattern for potatoes, not a description of how or when Judah's Potatoes works.

Dates differ from farm to farm

When each stage happens depends on the place, the weather and the variety. One farm's harvest can come weeks before or after another's.

Judah's Potatoes hasn't published its season dates here. Ask the farm for the current picture before you plan anything around a date.
